Overall our experience with AHS has been good. They are a lot easier to work with than our last home warranty company. We are having trouble currently concerning a water problem created by (what we know now is the shut off valve to our first floor bathroom sink faucets. When I called in the to make a claim for service (in a panic as the bathroom surrounding area as well as the basement below were flooded with water) I happened to say the word faucet and that is all the agent heard. Reputable companies are sent for repairs and if an appliance is beyond redemption they replace it with excellent quality item. Service is usually within 5 days which is really not too bad all things considered. I definitely recommend them if you want excellent coverage.
