American Home Shield has always come through for me. They are fast to react to problems and the people they send to check out my requests are always easy to work with and do a great job. As for the times I've needed to replace appliances it has always been a very easy process.

I like the ease of putting in a service although I called in and wasn't happy with the customer service at all. The 1st rep completely told me a lie. The 2nd rep was very rude. The 3rd rep was more helpful but I asked for a list of the charges from the 1st company and still I haven't received it. But just an FYI Air Dynesty is a complete ripe off they are grousley over charging your customers even charging for things that shouldn't charge for like freon in a new unit.
