I highly recommend AHS. The service was great! They primarily worked directly with the contractor but when I did call they answered all my questions.

I had one service call for my AC that resulted in three visits by the service provider American AC/Heating: one to diagnose a problem with my thermostat and, since the technician didn't have one with him and a second to replace the thermostat. Less than 48 hours later, I still had issues with my unit. A second technician came out for a third visit and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a contact switch on the outside unit. I have been with AHS for years and I am very satisfied with the service they provide. at time AHS will try get out of paying for replacement of a cover item, if your repairman recommend replacement mostly AC units. However, I still like AHS and I think they are the BEST HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. as a matter of fact, AHS just replaced my water heat.
