Their website for making payments and requesting service is great. They will service small issues quite quickly and will likely pay your claim when it's a smaller cost. If you have anything larger that is higher cost, they will find any way possible to get out of paying that item and tends to take longer to get serviced. If you have something like an Air Conditioning issue it will take 4-8 days for someone to get out to take a look at it. The service repair guy Steve was very knowledgeable and he was able to resolve the issues immediately the parts arrived. Very courteous and he explained the whole process and was on time too. Overall service from the insurance/ coverage was impressive
