The gentleman that came out to fix the problem that Chas Roberts A/C created was very honest and quick. He did his diagnostic and got my AC working within minutes.

Overall our experience with AHS has been good. They are a lot easier to work with than our last home warranty company. We are having trouble currently concerning a water problem created by (what we know now is the shut off valve to our first floor bathroom sink faucets. When I called in the to make a claim for service (in a panic as the bathroom surrounding area as well as the basement below were flooded with water) I happened to say the word faucet and that is all the agent heard.
