Most service requests have been handled expeditiously, however one call for an electrician that was not! After several calls for service, I cancelled the request and had to fend for myself. Not a good thing!

When I had to use an out of network HVAC tech there was no easy way to get reimbursed for the amount it cost over the $125 standard fee and I finally gave up. When I used their authorized techs it was a much better experience.
