Received a quick response to my request for contractor. Assigned contractor contacted me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. I wa informed of a cancellation and was able to get an earlier appointment with the contact information of the tech who arrived in the timeframe. Tech answered my questions and was able to perform the assigned job efficiently and professionally,

American Home Shield processed handled our case within 24 hours. Although, not an emergency, we had a knowledgeable and professional HVAC representative on site timely. In the past, we had been reluctant to use AHS because it seemed all request were took weeks to get done, but evidently that has much improved.
THE REPAIRMAN, CHRIS, WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE SAID HE WOULD RECOMMEND THE UNIT BE REPLACED, SOON AFTERWARDS WE WERE CONTACTED BY AHS APPROVING REPLACEMENT AND WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO SO. ON 11/1/23 THE NEW UNIT IS SCHEDULED TO BE INSTALED BY AHS.
Timely and complete
I need a paper copy of what’s covered. I was disappointed I paid 100.00 for something that wasn’t covered. I could have used that 100.00 towards my repair.
