I've had good service. Most of my service requests are scheduled within a few days. Knock on wood, we only had one issue that was an emergency. We had to call someone ourselves due to the time frame and get reimbursed later.

I don't like that you don't get a breakdown bill of what the warranty actually paid for. So it I'm paying a 100 service fee then 300 plus in fees the warranty doesn't cover what actually did you all cover?
