I really trust American Home Shield, I have been a customer for about 8 years, they have replaced my air conditioner, dishwasher, water heater, and have repaired several other item in my house. I recommend them entirely.

Customer service has always been excellent, professional and polite. Over the decades the price of the subscription has gone up as well as the co-pay. I am hesitant to renew after decades with AHS. Feels as if AHS is less responsive in fixing issues the right way, always doing it on the cheap or using second class vendors. Much more costly to me, but I would rather pay out of pocket and have choices, and to have it fixed or replaced with quality. — Not Amazing!!

Response to claim was exceptional! And this time, the match up with the company was awesome!! The company chosen for our washer and dryer was horrible! They were the same company that was sent to fix our ice machine on our refrigerator (twice- and it still does not work!) and they have horrible customer service and forgot our appointments on all occasions.

Multiple Claims, no issues at all and timeline to resolve is great too. Premium didn't go up either because it's business as usual for them for insurance coverage that covers things that fail on us time and again.
