American Home Shield always provides prompt service and good contractors. I renew every year because it is worth the cost.
Our defective microwave oven was fully replaced, but the entire operation took longer than expected (two weeks). The first replacement unit was missing parts inside the box and had to be re-ordered.
I really liked the Contractor, ARG Going Green that was assigned to my HVAC Request and the job that they did in installing my New HVAC System. They were very timely, knowledgeable and professional. As to AHS I appreciated the discount I received for the upgrade/replacement cost of my unit; however, I don't agree with the interpretation of my service contract, as I should have received additional upgrade credits for some work that was required, for the installation of the new unit, thru no fault of myself; as it stated in ... read more
