American home shield protection was able to resolve my problems with my dishwasher, which is open flow. A service technician was sent to my home to evaluate my dishwasher. From the time the service technician left my home I waited 4 days and no response foe AHS I called on the afternoon of the 4th day and within 10 minutes AHS sent an email informing me that they would be replacing my range and gave me numerous options within 15 minutes my new range was ordered.

The ease of starting a claim is incredible. The speed of getting a technician out was outstanding. The bad part was taking 2 weeks to install the new water heater.

The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and personable. He knew what the problem was as soon as I told him what the dryer was doing. He had it fixed quickly and showed me the old part to explain what was wrong.

I have been with AHS since 2006. I currently have two homes covered under policy, and they have been paramount to maintain my properties in top shape. The services have gotten much better with the increase in contractor competence. Usually I get an immediate response with most professional visits on the same day. I have no complaints with their customer services and their professional contractors have been exactly that, professional.
