American Home Shield gives me piece of mind. I worry less about being stuck paying a large bill to repair or replace one of my home appliance and/or home systems. It was simple and easy to sign up for coverage and the monthly cost is reasonable. Fortunately I've only had to make two repair requests. Repair requests are quick and easy to submit online and allow you to choose when the technician will come out. The second vendor who was sent to repair the refrigerator was THE BEST! Called in advance and followed up wih a text; arrived on time, professional and assessed the issue. Said he would be back the very next day with the compessor and will have it installed the same day. True to word, he arrived and within two hours the refrigerator was cooling.
