Not happy that we went from paying $48 to $64 a month without any notice or a choice to continue the plan

Need to clarify when items will not be covered based on the age of the item. Three years ago, repaired the microwave although it was 9 yeas old. Last month, would not repair the HVAC Condenser unit because it was 9.5 years old.

I have used AHS several times over the years. I usually use the app to initiate a claim. The referral with the service provider has been sent within minutes and I have been completely satisfied with the companies that have taken care of my issues.

Whenever we request appliance repairs, it’s always a different company. We have found that There is one company that has far surpassed all other companies we have had in the past. This company has fixed all of our kitchen appliances. If ( when) we need appliance repairs, I want to have right to choose this particular company.
