There was a quick response to the A/C problem, ❤ it The company that was assigned was professional and timely. They were going to investigate a quote for new unit going thru ahs- never heard anything. We asked ahs also, have heard nothing. We sent in info asking for a quote on AHS a/c replacement program- never heard back.

The few times that I’ve called the situation has always been professional. Resolution seems to be the priority. When I called even for a problem that wasn’t fixed the first time they were apologizing and eagerly wanted to rectify it. I honestly have no negative issues with American Home Shield.
