Samuel, the technician, fixed the problem with my oven quickly. He answered my questions professionally and patiently. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to the get the oven working again. Before leaving, he turned on the oven for about 10 minutes to ensure it was working correctly. He was a very courteous and friendly.
