American Home Shield provides outstanding customer service and is always there to help me save money on my HVAC and appliance repairs and utility bills. Also, AHS has a great home warranty and it replaced my HAVC, hot water heater, and ceiling fan with good quality products when they couldn't be repaired.

Has consistently been well worth the peace of mind knowing that items will be quickly repaired. Just as with all insurance products, it pays to opt for the higher level plans (Gold, Platinum), as we have had almost all repairs completed within 1 week of initial report. Have used AHS policies on our past three (including current) homes and has been well apprecitaed.
