I had a warranty from AHS that was provided for us at the time we purchased our home and had not renewed it when it timed out. Then a couple of years ago I decided to renew my home warranty and contacted them. I have not regretted that decision at all and have had to use it several times. They quickly responded to my requests for service and the contractors have been very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Response time is very quick. Some of the techs do a great job of repairing and teaching as well. I just wish the service was not so expensive.
