I like that my repairs were done with the service fee as my only expense. I have had trouble getting the service person or company that I want and trust. There was one time I was not pleased with the service provided by the company that was assigned to me, and I had trouble "not getting them again" when I needed another service. I refused to let them come again when they were assigned to me. It would be very helpful if I could choose from available providers rather than having someone assigned that I do not want.

The guy that fixed leaking our roof did a great job! I wish they also had someone who could have repaired the ceiling that had fallen in underneath I had to hire someone else and it cost me way more money
Ease of getting a claim started, quality of the service provided by the contractors assigned and the low monthly cost and "service fee".
My stove caught on fire and within 8 days it was replaced,very thankful for everyone who took care of the problem for us!!!
Took care of two concerns. Both plumber and electrician were great. Both companies were very good at contacting us and taking care of the issues.
