Contact with the technician was within 24 hours. The virtual appointment was on time. The technician was courteous and answered all my questions. This was my first service request with AHS and pro technician KN. I think I made my best decision to turn to AHS for home warranty and repairs.
Abdul was the repair person. He seemed very experienced and went right to work. My dryer is old but he knew what to do. He even had the part he needed in his truck even though the dryer was over 20 yrs old. It works like new.
