Have been pleased with the professionals they have sent. Like the plan, the coverage, and the cost is not too expensive, though the charge has increased. Really like being able to get multiple services using the same professional under one service request. The professional works until the issue is resolved even if they need to come back out without an additional service fee charge. Would give 5 stars but have experienced some limitations on what they will do to resolve an issue.

Microwave was not repairable AHS decided in lest than 30 seconds to replace unit and trim ring. No Hassle!! Glad I bought this policy, will keep it going!! You will NOT be sorry for choosing AHS

This experience was amazing. The appointment was easy to schedule, the technician actually came very quickly, was friendly, professional & fixed the problem easily (dryer). What I normally do not like is that most AHS technician's are not local and many times that acerbates the problem by slow service, which is not what I am paying for. This vendor was perfect, local, quick turnaround time and very professional, so keep him/them. I also do not like my rates going up and my service fee. American home shield protection was able to resolve my problems with my dishwasher, which is open flow. A service technician was sent to my home to evaluate my dishwasher. His knowledge and expertise service was able to resolve my issues within less than an hour. Thank you so much for your service Lawrence E Duncan.

From the time the service technician left my home I waited 4 days and no response foe AHS I called on the afternoon of the 4th day and within 10 minutes AHS sent an email informing me that they would be replacing my range and gave me numerous options within 15 minutes my new range was ordered.
