I do not like having to wait over 2 months to finally get my Washing Machine repaired! I do not like calling the AHS help line and talking to people from Pakistan or India and I do not understand what they are saying to me about solving my problem. Overall the peace of mind that having a home warranty brings is very helpful. My only issue is that the package price that I have just went up $25 per month and I've rarely used the services. I know that I've been fortunate, however, AHS has gotten much more money from me than I have utilized in repairs or services. So to have my monthly cost go up is a bit of a struggle. It does seem as though the vendors that AHS has been using recently are much more reliable than in the past which is a great plus.
