A new water heater was installed the day I called, so for me it was an amazing experience! The downfall is that another company was supposed to pick up the old water heater the next day and now it has been a week and the old water heater is still sitting in my front yard, and I have an HOA that will be contacting me soon about the water heater. My kitchen exhaust fan was no longer working. Submitted a claim . Technician from A’s appliances arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem. It took about 2 weeks for part arrival , Came in and reinstalled the entire unit . It was a seamless experience . T

Very timely and the tech was knowledgeable
Had a new dryer delivered after the old failed. It arrived deficient due to shipping damage. After contacting AHS we were given instructions as how to contact G.E. and did so. The new arrived quickly and we are pleased with the result.
Great service and issues resolved. Provide approximate timeframe to reassure customer when service would be completed. Do not offer customers refunds if additional services are needed caused by contractor not customer.
AHS have always provided a quick response to my requests, and have a technician at my house within a day. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
