The ease of starting a claim is incredible. The speed of getting a technician out was outstanding. The bad part was taking 2 weeks to install the new water heater.

The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and personable. He knew what the problem was as soon as I told him what the dryer was doing. He had it fixed quickly and showed me the old part to explain what was wrong.

I have been with AHS since 2006. I currently have two homes covered under policy, and they have been paramount to maintain my properties in top shape. The services have gotten much better with the increase in contractor competence. Usually I get an immediate response with most professional visits on the same day. I have no complaints with their customer services and their professional contractors have been exactly that, professional.

It is a bit pricey and sometimes the contractors do not follow through but when it works it is great!
