The few times that I’ve called the situation has always been professional. Resolution seems to be the priority. When I called even for a problem that wasn’t fixed the first time they were apologizing and eagerly wanted to rectify it. I honestly have no negative issues with American Home Shield. AHS contacted the plumbing company to send out another technician to re-diagnose the problem. The plumber was able to fix the problem.

The caliber of the contractors sourced is poor. On all of my claims, I've either had rework or had to request a second opinion contractor.

I've had this policy for several years and just this year I've had to use it. So far I'm happy with the service I've received. I don't like sometimes that I have to wait 24 hrs to receive contact, I wish it could be same day with ina few hours. But I understand that's how the company works.
