They Handled the problem fast and efficiently. The only thing I didn't like is that the customer service was not able to answer my questions on what my contract covered. I was forced to go to the sales department to answer my question that in the long fun saved me money

I had American Home Shield insurance for about over 10 years. During that time. I did see a decrease in the response time and also an increase in price. I found this product, our service to be more expensive than what I needed.

We have been a member for about 504 6 years. It very easily worth the membership. All our claims have been settled and the pros they send out have been worth it. I recommend AHS to anyone who has a home.
