My gas furnace wasn't working. I logged a service request on the site around 10am. Got a call from the service tech about an hour later and he was at my house by 1pm the same day. Needed to order a part, that came in three days later. Was able to schedule the tech the next day to replace the part and he got my heater going again. Great server, great communication, and a very easy process

I would highly recommend having American Home Shield. I let them know I was having problems with my ice maker and dishwasher and within a matter of hours they had contacted me and repair services. Both appliances were fixed within a week. Thank you AHS for a fantastic job.
