American Home Shield (AHS) is the best home warranty I have ever used. They always act promptly on any requests for service and have the best companies providing any needed service. I have had to use AHS several times to include issues with plumbing, heating, and AC. This company is awesome!

Have used the warranty five times and out of those five times, the company sent service men who corrected the issue, except one time

I have had American Home Shield going on 3 years. Luckily I have only had to make a claim twice but it has been the easiest process. I can make a claim online and within 30 minutes I have someone calling to schedule to come out to look at whatever it is I need looked at. Very happy with the service and companies they choose to provide services.

The service person was amazing. He clearly explained what needed to be done and offered helpful advice on what to do with other issues going forward. I would definitely use the service again!! He also showed up in PPE which I greatly appreciated.
