I had/always have a good experience with AHS. I went online Monday afternoon to get a request for service. I got a call, text and email from AHS and the service provider scheduling the appointment right away. The service provider came out, diagnosed the problem and was able to install my new furnace the next day.

They send quality people to fix my stuff.
They took care of my dishwasher. They replaced a pool pump all in a timely manner and no problems

Three timesI had to wait a very long time before a item that was broken in my home was fixed. The first time I waited over a month for a company that looked at my central air conditioner. The air conditioner needed to be replaced it stoped working in the beginning of the summer. I was with out air conditioning until the end of summer. Due to the fact the first contractor they sent out never got back to American Home Shield for over a month. Finally American Home Shield sent out another contractor. Generally do ok at solving issues. Last encounter they required me to pay additional fee for faucet repair. Not real happy about it. After $75 fee I had to pay additional $63 to vendor because AHS set limit at $250 for faucet repair. I feel the vendor was heavy on charge and AHS should have mitigated the issue.
