American Home shield always delivers in a timely manner. The techs that were sent to my home in the past has always been very professional. After identifying the problem or problems, the issue is always explained throughly to me. My claim was processed quickly and professionally. I will renew my policy when this years expires. I want American Shield to hire an American call center rather than one in the Philippines. Person could not speak English therefore I was required to wait til the next day to file my claim
