It's easy to call and file a claim. Most items filed are covered. Service is reasonably quick. Sometimes I have to wait for awhile for parts to come in, but that is more the service company's issue.

Called regarding leaking disposal. Next day service provider appeared on time and replaced disposal. Precisely why I purchase the insurance.. peace if mind and no financial surprises.. A replacement that would have cost several hundred $ cost me only $75... the standard fee for a service call.

The person that came out and worked on my air conditioner was very professional found the problem with in five minutes. He was very friendly he answered all the questions I had and I hope it comes back the next time I need somebody.

THe repair experience was painless, once the tech diagonosed the problem, (defective control panel that had to be ordered) the replacement visit only took ten minutes and the appliance was working like new.
