The company is very quick in their response to the customers problem, but the referred to companies do not have good reviews....in my experience. Which is why only 3 stars. But the latest problem I had (microwave totally dead) was fixed by a wonderful technician from a company that had bad reviews. I took a chance (it was the week before Thanksgiving and I was hosting) and it could have turned out better. Major problems with the over the stove GE microwave. Water Heater was replaced and I couldn't be happier with how easy everything went. From the time I contacted American Home Shield it went very quickly. Was contacted that day, sent up appt, next day and replaced the day after that. Everyone was very professional and nice. Very satisfied. :-)
