We bought a house. Moved in. And 3 days later the AC went out. I was 8 months pregnant and it was still 95+ degrees during the day. We put a work ticket in on the AHS website that night. Had an email about a contractor coming by the next day. It was determined that our HVAC system was beyond repair and not up to code anyway so AHS authorized a full replacement. Yes. A FULL REPLACEMENT. With a brand new heat pump! It took a few weeks to get in, but thats due to the contractors schedule, not AHS. I could not be more happy with... read more
