I've had a few other home warranty companies over the years. This was my first time using AHS, and other than an extremely long time on hold on the phone, the process was smooth and I have no complaints.

Although they answer the phone right away. When you actually contact the company assigned, you dont get service that day. The service is 24v'48;hours after the call.
