I've been using AHS since they've been with Century 21, and the Regional Reps have been great, and responsive to me and my clients. I most always put the Plan on a home when I list the home for sale, not only for the buyer, but my seller as well. Anytime I have something broke the get it fixed right away. I have never had any problems with American Home Shield. They have helped me with many things that broke in my home as I a widow and do not know how to fix many things.

The contract to Dawson Services call contacted us the same day we contacted American Home Shield they came out the same day they went to get the part we needed the same day and fixed our furnace the same day. This service was excellent
