America Home Shield was a very good investment when we bought our home a few years ago. AHS uses latest technology when setting up a repair and it moves quick. The few times we had repairs done it was set up and complete within 24 to 48 hours from time of call, the contractors were first class and very professional. I highly recommend AHS to anyone seeking a home warranty.

They are responsive, caring and professional. I always get help immediately, and they're very clear on what they cover and what they don't. I got tired of service "professionals" disconnecting my heat and telling me I needed a new unit. Why trust someone who will profit from your "need"? AHS will tell me the truth.
We had our microwave break down. So we called AHS, they sent out a repairman after we paid the deductible. The repairman fixed our microwave and it is working perfectly now.
American Home Shield has, for the most part, been worth the price we've paid for the home warranty service it provides. On the positive side, it is very easy and quick to initiate a claim online. Additionally, in our experience, the company's AHS have used or contracted with have always provided timely, highly qualified, professional, courteous and friendly technicians. I'm a huge fan and grateful customer of American Home Shield. Being a home-owner, it is so reassuring to me that if something inevitably breaks down, one call to AHS and they will send reliable contractors to fix the issue. And if the issue is not fixable, they will replace with an equal or better model. They have replaced my Super Capacity Washing Machine and my Hot Water Heater. I have nothing but praise and the highest recommendation for AHS.
I had problems with my heating as it stopped to work. t was cold and we needed quick resolution of the problem. I went online to request the service to fix the problem. I received the service schedule and appointment right away. The technician came the following day to fix the problem. the problem was fixed very efficiently.
