I have been completely satisfied with Homeshield for covering the repairs of our major home appliances and, eventually, covering the cost of a replacement water heater. If you have 8+ major home Appliances, you need Home Shield to cover repair, especially when the specific appliance warranty has expired.

AHS was very responsive and lined me up with an excellent plumber.
Awesome experience. The technician was courteous and skilled. All the GE techs who have come to look at the fridge said it was un fixable. The tech fixed it and now it should be good for another few years.
The coverage is excellent. They always follow up on claims. The service charge is fair. They monitor their service companies. They replace covered items if they cannot be repaired. They are extremely professional and polite.
