Good and fast fox my problem in two days
I love having the security of American Home Shield! I first come in contact with the warranty on my cabin in 2005. I have moved and my protection followed me. I have needed services and they are prompt and attentive. I have had repairs and also have had to have replaced with no questions! He choices as well. I will continue with my American Home Shield!
Called AHS for pool pump repair. They contracted pool contractor to call me. Brent's Pool Service called and scheduled appointment right away. When they arrived, they determined pool pump drive needed replacement. With-in a few hours, Brent's Pool Service arrived with new part and promptly installed. All is good. Very Happy with everything.

The Home Shield approved electrical company serviced my electrical problem in a very timely and professional manner. They discovered where the problem was, and told me that I needed to contact my electric service provider to replace a worn part in the underground service box. The problem was fixed, and I am a happy Home Shield customer.
The service member was Fast and Effective Service.
THE A/C REPAIR PERSON KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND FIXED IT WITHIN 15 MINUTES!!

We had an AC compressor go bad. I called AHS and they assigned the job to AirBoss here in the Tampa area. They called within 30 minutes of being assigned, were very informative, sent guys out who confirmed the problem and ordered the replacement compressor. When it came in they called to schedule the installation, and did so with no issues. We paid the service fee and cost of refrigeration above the AHS covered limit. I am please in general with AHS. The reason I can't give it 4 or 5 stars is because of the hold time whenever I try to call. I've waited up to an hour to reach a customer service rep. As you can imagine, this is frustrating. As far as the contractors that are sent out upon request for service, I am very satisfied.
