Great. the staff is always polite and professional.
They are knowledgeable about their insurance and the systems it covers. They will arrange for service right away,
Filing a claim for service was quick and easy. This company’s follow through is exemplary. For the most part, they use knowledgeable service people, but if the customer has an issue, they take complaints very seriously and make it right. I do wish they would offer “emergency” service. Even at an up charge. Because my fridge went out on a Friday before a Monday holiday, it couldn’t be repaired until the following Tuesday. I lost more than $150 in meat in my freezer.
They have always been fair and there contractors ontime everytime

AHS makes every effort to locate a vendor to perform the necessary service needed to repair your covered item.
It is so easy to place your work order. The only problem I have is one day I had to wait over an hour to change a work order. Other then that, they always get the work done and get someone out there within 24 hours. I don't know what I'd do without them
