Professional staff and excellent service
The bed company ever I have saved so much money since I brought home shield in my life, every time I called they are very pleasant and ready to meet my needs
I’ve had coverage fro AHS for 10yrs on my current home and have always had an excellent experience with any and all repairs. I’ve had to use my coverage on average once a year. Not having their coverage is like not having insurance on my vehicle to me . I highly recommend this company. Over the years they have streamlined the process to file a service request and have chosen very experienced companies to handle the issues!
This is a very comprehensive home warranty that is easy to make a claim with and they deal with very reputable repairmen that come out quickly.

This was the first time that we've had a home warranty and our garbage disposal stopped working about two months into our service. I checked that we were covered for that under our contract and we were! Reporting it on line was a snap and within--literally!--seconds, we had an appointment set up with a very good local plumber. They were there the next morning and made the repair promptly and efficiently. Saved us money on some repairs. Worth it when included in home purchase. However, many of the contractors they use are not very good and you can't choose your own service company. Had to insist on a different contractor twice when the first two failed to fix the problem and it was a bit of a hassle. We did have a couple good experiences, as well, though. Replaced a broken stovetop with no arguments.
AHS Works with several repair companies I had to call AHS- back because the one company was taking too long to fix my repair they quickly assign a new repair company to fix my fridge . They work for the customer not the company and the service is awesome
