We had 2 appliance problems occur in the same week. We contacted American Home Shield online. Within 24 hours a repair company contacted us, arrived by the end of the week. One part had to be ordered but everything was quickly up and running. Repair people on time, polite, clean, and effective.
Great response to calls or online requests. Have found out that the repair/replace process, sometimes leaves you with outdated/old parts. Had water IN BASEMENT, for months every time it rained, due to sump pump installed crooked, and not working properly. Plumbers would look at pump and say nothing wrong. Had to hire my own plumber to correct the problem. My old pump that was installed in 2015 was dated 2005. IT WAS ALREADY 10 YEARS OLD. Plumber took photos.
Service was quick and very professional . They worked with my work schedule and was able to get someone out to my house the time that I will be there .
Very timely and professional and great service
We were very impressed with how fast and easy the process was. Sent a request Sunday afternoon and the job was completed the next afternoon
