My air conditioner went out and I was very pleased with the company American Shield sent over to take care of the problem. The person showed up on time, had great communication and took care of the problem. I was very happy with the service.

American Home Shield is an excellent corporation as a whole. Our home was built in the 1940’s so we are used to some things not working. The home was already under the AHS umbrella so we just kept it current.
I have used ahs for several items in my home. I’m very happy with their svc I had an issue with one of their contractors and they took care of the issue. However to get them on the phone be willing to be on hold for a very long long time.
AHS is a life savior. My wife and I are both seniors and cannot fix our stuff on our own. We do not trust repairmen on our own either. AHS has always sent the best technicians right away every time we have needed AHS services. Thank you AHS for being there for us seniors.
