AHS has been diligent in getting repair folks to my house. The companies are reputable and the techs are superior.
AHS got someone out here very quickly; the company just didn't fix the problem not the first time (9-15-2017 while still under warranty) , nor the second time, by the fourth time, the air conditioning was cooling & working. A-Z put a pound of refrigerant in the unit on 9-22-2017 & checked for leaks. But by 11-10-2017 (not even 2 months), the unit had Zero refrigerant and was a fire hazard! And our warranty had expired. We had to get a New air conditioner on 11-13-2017 with AMC Cool Air Contractors Inc. (with a 10 yr warranty... read more
Once the work was scheduled, we were very pleased with the contractor. Waiting on hold to speak to a live person for over an hour and 28 minutes twice is not very customer friendly Every time I call, there is an excessive wait time. Perhaps you would consider hiring more customer service agents? Once I did speak with an agent they were very helpful.
The work was done good and nice and on time so was the work
I have really enjoyed having AHS. My heater went out at home and they had someone at my home the next day. Great service and great customer service
