Their vendors are not the best and can be slow to repair problems

Horrible contract service. They did not honor their 50 dollars off on my last service fee for the pool. The pool service took 2 weeks for a guy to come and tell me my issue wasn't covered and I was charged 100 bucks. This is horrible service and will not be renewing againe

Truthfully, the customer service sucked the first two times I attempted to call in the middle of winter. I was told that 36° is not cold enough for me to have an emergency call when there is kids in the home. The empathy from the customer service sucked. I had requested a manager, and I was ridiculed for even requesting one. In regards to the contract if I know or knew what I know now I probably would’ve never done it.

After 5 weeks, our HVAC has not been fixed or replaced because the company that came out hasn't done the paperwork. AHS should send out a different company but they say they need the paperwork from first heating and air conditioning company who has promised to send the report yet doesn't, after many calls.

I like: contractors selected from reliable sources, however, we had a recent experience with our dishwasher/oven that wasn't great. Took 6 months to fix the dishwasher (after several calls) and the stove was never repaired, and I didn't receive a refund of my fee for that service. The gentlemen selected were simply not capable of doing the work. It was comical.

HSA has been great except for one recent item re our water heater. I cannot get a satisfactory response from the plumbing contractor for their estimated costs after I paid them the $725 they had earlier indicated would be my total costs after HSA paid for the applicable coverage. I have done all that HSA has asked of me. They do not seem able to get the vendor to respond to me neither. Thanks for asking! Mark

Their plans work for home appliances, plumbing and electrical. Unfortunately, they decided to outsource the electronics protection plans to Allstate, and Allstate outsourced to Squaretrade, and long story short, the latter is simply a waste a of time and you won't get anything done with them, therefore, the electronics plan are no longer feasible via AHS. Sorry.
