had a bad experience with service techs - also have a microwave that has a capability of being a built-in (which it is) but you denied the claim

I pay over $70 a month and I found out my garage door was no longer covered in my plan. No one ever informed us that there were new plans and I ended up paying out of pocket plus a $75 service fee. I could have just called the repair company myself if I knew I would have had to pay.

The problem is with your appliance contractors. I'm in my 3rd week without a dryer. It took a week for the 1st assessment. It took 6 days for them to reply about the parts bring ordered. Now I have to wait another week July 1st to repair & do the job. It's ridiculous to wait this long. AHS... definitely needs more than ONE appliance company to repair for all your customers to be serviced during the summer months.

I wish I’d gone with a different company, but now I’m out thousands of dollars to replace a failed HVAC system, after my family and I having to brave the entire winter with no heat. They then had someone email me over and over again, to conclude they would refund a menial fraction of what it cost to replace the unit, only to have the promised check never arrive. They’re the WORSE.

Earlier in the year I put in a claim for a refrigerator and your technician came to fix it three times but never got it repaired this was at a rental and although I explained to the technician and to customer service that I cannot have someone to repair the fridge and it works for a week or a couple of days , tenant needed her refrigerator fixed in a timely matter and not be inconvenience of a broken refrigerator .I replaced the refrigerator out of pocket

My experience today was not too satisfactory. He had to put me on hold three times because I don't think he understood what I was trying to tell him. When I spoke to someone a few days ago to cancel my service because I sold the property, she told me I was getting a refund. But when I checked my account today, dashboard showed I owed $12.05. I wanted to know why the dashboard shows I have a balance due when the agent told me that I'm getting a refund. I think the agents need more training. Always raising the rates raised rates for service call nor accommodating at all service people never come prepared

They topd me my fee was being refunded by 11/21/22. It's now 11/29 and they are still holding my money. This has happened before, I was double charged and I had to complain to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back. The contractors they use have the worst one star ratings I've ever seen.

Awful experience. Had the contractor come out in Jan then never seen them again. Parts not ordered. So I cancelled.
