The Three brothers representative was absolutely amazing!
The AHS representative was able to take my request with no issues. He understood it was a recall request and acted accordingly. He ensured I knew the contractor would be in contact with me to shedule an appointment, but also gave me their number. Excellent customer service.

ACE's garage door repair and installation was sent out from AHS. The service technician name RED was very knowledgeable . He fixed my garage door by installing a new spring. He went over and beyond to make sure the door was aligned properly , lubricated the spring and made sure everything was working properly . I highly recommend ACE's garage door repair and installation.

I’m glad have home warranty policy thru American Home Shield been with then the first home purchased back in 2012 never had any problems the contractor they send out very professional explain the problem if couldn’t be fixed they replace. It was easy to transfer policy to my current home. Now if have claim the website is very to use they assign contractors right a way the call explain the problem get you scheduled normally they are out 1or 2for service unless extreme emergency come out the same day.
