I have had some really good experiences with American Home Shield, but there have been a couple of service providers who have been pretty bad. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a dishwasher repair, that was just replacing a drain hose. I have repeatedly had to contact the service provider for an update. On two different occasions he was supposed to call me with an update regarding receipt of the part, but failed to do so. Today, he was supposed to be here to complete the repair between 4 and 6 pm, but did not show up ... read more
