Pretty prompt attention & getting suitable - and better service company after the first service company failed to fix the appliance thoroughly
When my policy renewed, it was significantly higher than the prior year and I called to cancel. I was offered a retention incentive that reduced my overall annual expense to the same amount as the prior year. However, I just checked my account and none of the promised adjustments were made; the most recently payment is still the same, higher amount. I liked my service until this issue came up. I've been with AHS 20 years. I don't use it much, but when I need them, they almost always come through. I think they are very fair and recommend AHS all the time.
When I had an issue they were very professional and I didn't have to wait for them to connect me to the company that would be taking care of the problem.
AHS is convenient and sends out quality professionals every time.
