The online service request needs some updating. You should be able to put more than one service request in at a time. For example, I have 2 HVAC units and when they both go at the same time there is no option to specify that technician needs to look at both.
You never really know what kind of service you're going to get from the vendor. Fortunately we have mostly positive experiences.
While it is easy to make appointments for service, I find the quality of service is not that good considering the yearly cost.
The response to my request was immediate and the problem was taken care of within a week.
