It was easy to request service need via website, vendor arrived same day to make diagnosis and American Home Shield approved repairs the same day. The vendor came back early the next morning to make repairs. Everything was complete in less than 24 hours.

I amn't satisfied with the service. It takes a while to get your service done. Also I amn't impressed with the contractor they used. They actually caused more damage which isn't covered by AHS.
