They did what they said they would do, fixed my central air quickly by qualified professional.

Got my free furnace check up, they said they didn’t have a Contractor to do it, but I could find my own if I wanted, is my dislike. My like, when my 15 year old washer broke down, they replaced it with a brand new one.

I like not having to locate repairmen myself, and service is usually quick and professional. The only bad experience was with one plumber who was grouchy and uncommunicative. Also, replacement appliances are not always of the same value as the ones replaced.

They sent the repair man out, and he told you that the Microway had to be replaced and with in two days I was sent 6 units pictures to chose from. I picked one and the rerviceman put in the house and grabed the old one and took it with him.

Warranty came with the house purchase. Used it 3 times, for re-key of house keys, service on clothes washer, and leaking sewer pipe. I expect that all together, these 3 services would have cost more than the warranty, but I did not see the cost for the service, so I have no way to judge. Accessing the service was easy and the contractors responded quickly to issues.
