2nd time that I've put in an emergency request to get the run around by 4 different reps all telling me a different story and not getting a contractor out to me. The 2nd one didn't even put the notes on my account so she lied completely the 4th was rude and refused to help but told me to wait for 48hrs when our house has NO RUNNING WATER. Absolutely horrible company since it was bought out. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

Stop hiring offshore service reps. They don't have a clue! They can't help with escalation and only read from a script. I shouldn't have to rely on the co tractor to tell me what my A/C upgrade options are, ortoget status on my unit upgrade. Ridiculous.
Over 2 wks: 2 out of 5 appointments the technician was a no show. During the last of those no-shows the tech reported that he arrived, that our AC needed follow up, even ordered a part, but the tech never arrived and never looked at the AC unit. The 3 times a technician did arrive he spent no more than 10 minutes on a call. I spent a total of 4 hrs and 15 minutes on the phone with AHS most of which was sitting on hold. AHS is a VERY difficult to get a hold. I've had several times where I submitted that I needed work done and they don't properly schedule someone to fix my appliances. They have lied to me about having their company fix a broken appliance. Definitely not worth the money!!

They were decent with minor repairs but when it came to a real repair they said it wasn't covered. It's definitely not how they present the facts of your contract.
During the past four months, this company has made no fewer than 6 attempts to repair my refrigerator's icemaker without success. They have used at least 4 contractors, none of which has succeeded. With each visit, I must rearrange my schedule and take time off.
I can't get anyone to respond to my complaint and you can't get a number to their corporate office.

If I could give less than a star I would! Don’t waste your time or money with this company unless you like to get the runaround. We started a claim with a water pipe leaving from upstairs into our kitchen almost 4 months ago. We have not been able to get their contractor to come out and perform the repair and when you contact AHS they flat out refuse to do anything about it.
