I called in March 2019 to cancel policy. Company will not quit billing me. I called in July and paid 90$ bill and was assured my account was cancelled and finalized. Now I not only have ANOTHER bill from them for 150$ (this is Oct. mind you), but they tuned me into a collection agency. Sadly my family feels I need to contact our lawyer to get this company to quit fraudulently billing me!

American Home Shield is currently giving me the run around on my heating and cooling. The furnace has been decommissioned after 4 months. As for the HVAC it has yet to be looked at since they only looked at issues I pointed out. Now for my current issue is the company that said they need to replace the furnace is up charging me 2x labor costs to get items up to “code”. After buying my house which included 1 free year of American Home Shield, I decided to stick with them as long as they provided a good value. After close to a year, I requested a service to check my HVAC and get a diagnostic that indicates an upgrade recommendation, the work order was closed like that. There were no help thru the phone either. Contract cancelled.

I am extremely disappointed that it takes a week for them to get a part authorized then you have to make another appointment for them to come back again before something is fixed

Bottom line, they will rip you off. I have had nothing but problems getting any decent service from this company. I know, contact us and we would be glad to talk about it. Done that and no,you were not glad to talk about it. Talk is cheap how about living up to your contract and pick contractors who don't try to pad their estimates to cover for the low amount that you pay them. Remember BUYER BEWARE and if it's too good to be true it usually isn't. Don't get caught in this companies web of deceit.

Questionable excuse for not covering plumbing problem I had. Paid them $100 and stil had to pay plumber $65 service call.

Don't waste your time or your Money with this company at ALL customer services SUCKS HOLD times crazy Please don't waste your money with this company go somewhere else I would not give them any stars this company is BAD not in a good way
