They are terrible at responding to emergencies. If something is seriously wrong, you still have to wait 48 hours before they find someone to come. And when there is sewage in your basement that is a terrible experience!
I would not recommend your company to anyone. You lie to your customers and you do not care about them. When we have to be on hold for over an hour and then you hang up on us. This is not a good look on your part.
I called American home shield for problem with my heating system,they gave me a contacters # and that was the last I heard from them.the contracters # was a bogus #.I'm cancelling amer.home shield.
WORST business experience Ive evern encountered in my entire life. This company is HORRIBLE. I will be so glad when my term is up and I can find someone else! You will wait on hold an hour to speak to anyone about anything...every time. Then whoever you finally speak with will probably not be able to or not know how to do anything you need. Very difficult to get customer service spent 1 hour ( 3 separate times ) holding the phone to get to speak to customer service !
If I could I'd give a negative star for Yamaz Plumbing "company", unfortunately for me, they are contracted through my home warranty company American Home Shield. They came to replace a section of plumbing after what took over a week to get them to come out. 2 weeks later when we were still having problems, he came out & called to tell me he 'didn't have the needed fittings with him to correct something that he had overlooked and that he'd be back the next day' (a Friday). It took 50 plus minutes of waiting on hold before I could speak to a customer service rep to set up a repeat service call. I had questions and could not open a call on line because it was an issue of the initial call not fixing the problem.
it takes forever to get through the telephone. the website is so plain,, that you can not enter any information
I did not purchase my home warranty from AHS, the seller of the house I bought purchased the home warranty. I contacted them in mid-November as I was having problems with my dryer and my oven. When I called originally I was told via recorded message that my hold time would be well over an hour so I went online and completed their service request.
