The a/C Tech Wally was very professional and chech out the primary and secondary drain to make sure they were working properly. He also informed me that you usually don’t see any water drainage until the humidity outside reaches about 50% and the temperature is well above 105degrees. Which was my concern because i haven’t seen any drainage for about 3 weeks so that’s why I decided to give American Shield a call to send some out just to be on the safe side.
The repairmen from Johnson HVAC did a great job fixing my toilet. They completed the job quickly and thoroughly and made sure everything was cleaned up.
Timeliness was key.
