excellent service ... works as promised, they set you up with a repair immediately, so far the folks coming to fix our stuff have been really good. No complaints

I didn’t like that it took me over 3 weeks to get someone sent out to deal with my issue and I had to call back 3 times to get them to send someone out
First experience with hot water heater. I was never reimbursed for hot water heater, took forever to get refrigerator replaced once it went out, not sure how many technicians and times different company's came out. I do have to say the technician that came out for the toilets was awesome.
I have been a customer of American Home Shield for several years and during that time have had few instances in which I needed their assistance. This year, I had the air conditioner go out and needed a new evaporator coil. I paid my $75 required to start the process and ended up paying the compay that did the repair work another $2,300 and to this day, have no idea what American Home Shield paid. The contractors sent by AHS were courteous, knowledgeable. efficient and punctual
They are very communicative and accomodating.
Dependable. No haggle. Results every time ! Life happens and AHS has always been there. Everyone with a home should have AHS.
