Took 6 months to get sunroom device right. The coldest months without heat. Thankful for success 6/26 for cool sunroom. Now house unit not working since 7/2. Shield found a way not to support calling evaporator coil replacement a "secondary" cause, not covered. I asked twice for a supervisor to call and explain to out of country reps. Was only told my responsibility.
