Every experience I've had has been positive. Customer service is always helpful and if I have a complaint about service (which is rare), they fix it. The only complaint I have is with the deadline regarding a repair that isn't completely fixed. I have to put in a new work order (& pay the fee) to have the appliance serviced again. I was told the deadline is 30 from the time the work order is put in not from the time the repair is made. I liked the simplicity of the online Service Request process. I liked the fact that it was approved, a service vendor selected, the vendor information was provided, and the service vendor set the date, and time-window for us in less than 24 hours. The Service Provider was polite, courteous, and professional and completed the service request in a very timely manner. They were clean and left the house in a clean and orderly state.
