i like the representative amanda h but the companies that are contracted out are not good some don't even go and do a service i end up sending out my own person and paying out of pocket

On both occasions I've had to use them, I have found a company that can come out faster than the ones they have contacts with. Mine have been within hours, where there's have been days.

AHS responded to me quickly when our AC went down. The company that they chose to send out wasn't quite as cooperative. My AC was off for a day and a half before a repairman could get to us.

AHS responded quickly to my service request. When it was determined by the appliance technician that my refrigerator could not be repaired they responded quickly with a replacement authorization.
