excellent service ... works as promised, they set you up with a repair immediately, so far the folks coming to fix our stuff have been really good. No complaints

First experience with hot water heater. I was never reimbursed for hot water heater, took forever to get refrigerator replaced once it went out, not sure how many technicians and times different company's came out. I do have to say the technician that came out for the toilets was awesome.

I have been a customer of American Home Shield for several years and during that time have had few instances in which I needed their assistance. This year, I had the air conditioner go out and needed a new evaporator coil. I paid my $75 required to start the process and ended up paying the compay that did the repair work another $2,300 and to this day, have no idea what American Home Shield paid.
