I am a 16 year customer. I had an air conditioner issue and the first company American Home Shield sent tried to rip me off saying I needed things that I did not need. Service One Air. Please do not use them because they are crooks. I asked for a second opinion and American Home Shield sent AUS Air. They were professional, Fixed the issue which the other company overlooked and my air conditioner is working fine.
