I don't think that you guys are vetting companies in-depth. This is not really helpful for the client but for the business and the vendor that you choose. I've had two successful repairs in two years. I feel that I am just spending money for assurance that I MIGHT not get and I end up repairing by someone else.
Tech was prompt and polite
I feel that all of the people who have been involved have done very well.
My whole experience in a nutshell, ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! So simple, pay co-pay, get name of company, company calls and sets up appt. This part took maybe 10 minutes. The company came out and told me problem, didn’t have parts on truck, ordered the parts, came out next day and VOILA! I have an air conditioner. It was a major fix and I owed nothing more. I’m so happy! I will recommend American Home Shield to everyone I know.
As always my experience with AHS and the contractor was fantastic
The plumbing service was great but American Home was terrible. I don’t like talking to people In the phillopeans and this was an emergency and I had to call back three times and beg to get someone to come out sooner than a week
