Prompt and thorough ! We always get great service with American Home Shield
The response from assigned contractors is great. The contractors are professional and doing fast job. The only issue I can see there is no coordination from Home Shield. They wait until they receive work done by contractors where they do not communicate with the home owner.
The company is very responsive to our issues.
