Good coverage at least for us. Never had a problem with AHS, just some of the contractors. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

No hassle full replacement of 2 appliances that failed within 6 months. A refrigerator and a water heater. Absolutely smooth and professionally handled.

I would rate them a 4 star company because they have improved the quality of the companies they contract with and they do mostly handle service requests quickly, within 24hrs. I am currently dealing with a service request problem but it is moving forward, that being the reason for the loss of a star.
