First I had a problem with first contractor not calling me then making appointments and a no show. So I called and I was assigned to a new contractor and everything so far was handled well. Now I'm waiting for a new dishwasher to be installed. This has been a better experience than I had In January with contractor never got my toilet fixed after paying for contractor and he did nothing but give me a hard time, but no one new was sent to handle the problem so still have a leaky toilet, I got frustrated with calling for A new ... read more
There were issues in getting a provider to come out. Your first level support are not trained to handle problems and should escalate it instead of just apologizing. I had to ask for the situation be escalated in order to resolve my issues.
